The Georgia Association for Primary Health Care, Inc. (GAPHC) is a member service organization representing the Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHC) in Georgia through the provision of training, technical assistance and the development and implementation of strategies to expand and strengthen the FQHC system. Additionally, GAPHC is involved in the development and implementation of additional programs and services that will enhance the FQHC health care delivery system.
What is A Community Health Center
GAPHC provides direction and leadership for required community development activities that are related to both the development of new start FQHC organizations and operations of existing FQHC organizations.
